Terms of Use

Day3ti is a home search service for Lebanon. You can look for homes to buy or rent on a map, save homes and searches, and get in touch with the people selling or renting them. Day3ti is not an estate agent and is not a party to any sale, rental or agreement you make with a seller, landlord, agent, agency or developer.

Listings describe homes marketed by owners, agents, agencies and developers. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we don't own or inspect the homes and can't promise that every detail, price, photo or location is right or that a home is still available. Check everything with the seller and, for a purchase, with a lawyer and the land registry before you commit.

Figures we calculate, such as price per m², estimates, price trends and mortgage payments, are indications to help you compare. They are not valuations, offers or financial advice.

• You need to be 18 or older to create an account.
• Use an e-mail address you control. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to it, or with Google if you choose.
• Keep access to your e-mail secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• One account per person. Don't sign in as someone else or share an account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

The listings, photos, agency and agent details, prices and the data we derive from them (price per m², area and building statistics, history) are Day3ti's compilation and are made available for your personal home search only. Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, scrape, crawl, harvest or download content from Day3ti in bulk, by hand or with software, bots, scripts or browser automation;
• call our APIs from outside our own website and apps, or reuse the tokens our pages use;
• get around rate limits, challenges (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), blocks or any other access control;
• build a database, dataset, index or competing service from our content, or use it to train or feed AI systems;
• collect contact details from Day3ti to send marketing or unsolicited messages.

Search engines may index our public pages as our robots.txt allows. We monitor for automated copying and may block access, close accounts and take legal action against it.

Be honest about who you are and why you're getting in touch. Don't send spam, abuse or anything unlawful. We may check messages for fraud and stop accounts that misuse contact features.

The Day3ti name and logo, the site's design and text, and the compilation of listings and derived data belong to Day3ti or the people who licensed them to us. These terms don't give you any right to use them other than to search for a home on Day3ti.

We provide Day3ti as it is and as available. As far as Lebanese law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on a listing or a figure, from dealings between you and a seller, landlord or agent, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Lebanon's consumer protection law.

We may change Day3ti or these terms. When we make an important change we'll update the date above and, if you have an account, tell you by e-mail. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.
