Privacy Policy
Last updated November 8, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Day3ti collects when you use day3ti.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We handle personal data in line with Lebanon's Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data. We don't sell your personal data.
1. What we collect
- Your account: your e-mail address, the name you give us (optional), when you joined and how you sign in. If you use Google, we receive your name, e-mail address, profile photo and Google account ID from Google; never your Google password. Your photo is shown only to you, next to your account menu.
- What you save: saved homes, hidden homes, saved searches with their alert settings, and the homes you recently viewed.
- Signed-in devices: for each device, the browser and system it reports, its IP address and when it was last used, so you can see and end sessions in Account settings.
- Sign-in codes: a one-way hash of each code we e-mail you, from which the code can't be recovered, with the time and IP address of the request.
- Security logs: IP address, browser and pages requested, which we use to keep the site working and to stop abuse and automated copying.
We don't ask for or store passwords.
2. Why we use it
- To run your account and keep what you save in sync across your devices (our agreement with you).
- To send sign-in codes, and the alerts and updates you turn on (our agreement with you).
- To protect Day3ti and its users from fraud, abuse and scraping (our legitimate interest).
- To send news and market reports, only if you opt in (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To understand how Day3ti is used (which pages and features people use, and where visits come from), from counts and totals that don't identify you (our legitimate interest). See section 6.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data and what you save: until you delete your account.
- Sign-in codes: deleted within a day.
- Signed-in devices: until you sign out, or after 60 days without use.
- When you delete your account we remove its data from our live systems straight away; it drops out of our encrypted backups as they expire, within 35 days.
5. Your choices and rights
- See and change your name and e-mail settings, and sign out of devices, in Account settings.
- Delete your account and everything saved with it, in Account settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or to object to how we use it, by writing to us.
- Stop news e-mails with the link in each e-mail or in Account settings.
7. Children
Day3ti isn't meant for children, and you need to be 18 or older to create an account.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy in an important way we'll update the date above and tell account holders by e-mail. Questions or requests: [email protected]. See also our Terms of Use.
